Clinical Support is primarily to assist agencies in the use and implementation of the Priority Dispatch Systems (MPDS, PPDS, FPDS). We will guide your agency through each process of implementation; including certification, mentorship, auditing, field orientation, standardization right through to Accreditation as a Centre/Trust of excellence.

Our dynamic team will smoothly assist you through the implementation process of the medical, police and fire priority dispatch systems. Ensuring that there is a helping hand at every stage of the of the implementation process. Providing regular communication with clients, handling enquiries relating to the protocols, assisting in version updates, overseeing the smooth running and processes from the UK office and ensuring the aspects of NEMA are met.

Version Upgrades

• Following thorough testing of the system and the compatibility of your CAD interface, we will assist you through PDS version upgrades, ensuring that the transitions are seamless and timely.


• Our dedicated team provides you with the support to update to the latest version of PDS and Pro-QA. We are always on hand to provide telephone and if required on-site support. We aim to assist you with building confidence in your upgrades from the very beginning, ensuring that your Instructors have all the knowledge and products to effectively train your emergency dispatchers. We ensure that your IT has all the knowledge and information to upgrade the systems and that your QA has all confidence to provide effective QA on the updated system.

IAED Instructors

• By administrating the National and in-house instructors we ensure procedures are adhered to for instructor selection, development, certification and re-certification IAED criteria and requirements. We also coordinate the provision of instructors for agencies that cannot provide their own.


• Connecting into IAED boards allows us to further assist in the development of the Priority Dispatch Systems, giving the UK and Europe a strong voice in the system evolution.

Training

• We provide extensive and bespoke hands-on training for all aspects of the Priority Dispatch Systems utilising both local and international instructors and annual seminars.
