The UK office will handle the processing of all course materials for certification, re-certification for EMD, ED-Q, ED-I and MPDS Mentor. Ensuring the database is maintained and clients records kept up to date.

Processing & Certification will handle all enquires from clients in relation to certification, recertification and provide course registration, arranging required National Instructors and ensuring that course materials are dispatched to agencies.
